General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kh333 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing or registering on the kh333 website, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2.2 Account Security

Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the kh333 support team immediately. kh333 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a flaw in kh333's own security systems.

Age Verification and Eligibility

The kh333 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Registration or gameplay by minors is strictly prohibited.

kh333 may at any time request official documents (a copy of a national identity card or passport) for age and identity verification. kh333 reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into kh333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds.
• If any transaction appears suspicious, kh333 reserves the right to place it on hold until it has been verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals from verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.
• kh333 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kh333 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (deposit + bonus).
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per member, household, address, or device.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account.
• kh333 may withdraw or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kh333 reserves the right to investigate the account.

5.3 VIP Program

kh333 offers three VIP tiers. Members can advance to a higher tier based on regular active play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Decisions regarding VIP tier assignment and changes are made entirely at kh333's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kh333 platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual's or entity's name.
• Coordinated or artificial betting for the purpose of earning bonuses (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage).
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to play games.
• Money laundering or misusing the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Sharing account credentials with other members.
• Fraudulent conduct or threats directed at kh333 staff.
• Raising chargebacks or payment disputes against kh333 when done with fraudulent intent.

Account Suspension and Closure

kh333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Death of the account holder (funds will be returned after verification of the legal representative's identity).
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.

In the event of account closure, kh333 will make a reasonable decision regarding the return of legitimate funds (excluding bonuses). If prohibited activities are involved, all funds may be forfeited.

Data Protection and Privacy

kh333 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. All information you provide is secured with SSL encryption technology.

• Natural outcomes and losses in gambling — the result of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Losses caused by malware or security vulnerabilities on the user's own device.

Responsible Gaming

kh333 believes in responsible gaming and places the wellbeing and safety of its members as the top priority. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income.
